One of my book friends is in a rotten situation at the moment. A bunch of her friends and authors got together and put a bunch of book related items together to auction as a fund raiser for her. She's a single parent who is currently fighting Lymphoma. Her ex does nothing to help out her or their three children. She has been forced to leave work while she fights for her life.
